Q. Do I Have to be a member of Studio med in order to use the service?

A. Not at all! While we customize memberships and tailor make these plans to every individual’s needs, our services are just as good if you pay per visit. Our goal is to be as convenient and hassle free as possible, and we feel that a mandatory membership defeats the purpose.

Q. how do i prepare for my first in home concierge house call visit?

A. Aside from being punctual and available, absolutely nothing! Our practitioners are experience in operating in any environment and space. On top of that, they bring all necessary equipments and supplies with them at all times.

Q. I do not live in New york City, does Studio Med travel outside of the five boroughs?

A. We absolutely do! Outside of NYC, we travel to Upstate New York, Long Island/Hamptons area, New Jersey, and Connecticut. When in doubt, reach out to us and ask!
